TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I, LAUREN CORTAZZO agree to provide Voxer Coaching Support on a weekly basis, to assist with guidance, inspiration, motivation and accountability. We are each bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the length of our coaching series which will be weekly support for a minimum of 2 months, and we each continue to be bound thereafter as applicable in relation to the Privacy and Copyright.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

I am a Qualified Counsellor through the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and a Certified Life Coach through the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy. Both these qualifications as well as previous work experience and relevant training in the field of Therapeutic Behaviour Change ensures that I am well equipped to work alongside you on your journey. I am qualified and trained to manage difficult conversations and emotions, and I am here to assist you towards better outcomes.

OPERATING HOURS

I am contactable during my business hours, being 10am- 7pm Monday - Saturday. Response times may vary and may be delayed depending upon my schedule and other client appointments. I will endeavour to get back to any messages within a day.

PRACTICE

Our contact is subject to Voxer. If you wish to schedule any additional coaching support, please consult with Lauren to organise a scheduled coaching call. Additional fees apply for any additional coaching.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Your Voxer Plug-In Support is $80 per-week (or $320 monthly). This is a subscription based service and you will be billed automatically, the same time each week for a minimum of 2 months.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You have access to Voxer Support for as long as you wish however, if after the minimum 2 months you wish to suspend or terminate your subscription, you must advise Lauren and your Voxer support will be manually suspended or terminated. There are strictly no refunds for the most recent weekly or monthly subscription already paid.

COACHING COMMITMENT

Once we begin our Voxer Plug-In support, I consider myself to be committed to you and your growth. This commitment includes you utilising the support available to you, checking in regularly and reaching out when support and guidance is required. You will gain wonderful momentum and get the most out of our time together if you approach contact and conversations with openness, consistency and commitment, along with undertaking outlined actions and or/ reflective exercises suggested. Failure to do so may lead to dissatisfaction in your coaching container, along with a lack of goal attainment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All matters discussed between us both in Voxer as well as in any scheduled Zoom calls remain fully confidential.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You must not at any time reproduce materials given to you except for your own personal use. The copyright in all of the provided documents and coaching package belongs to Vivid Growth & Wellness.
